Brier Creek is a suburb of Raleigh located in central North Carolina. The subdivision was originally built in 2000 by the Toll Brothers who are known for their superb community environments and spectacularly built homes. The area has seen an uptick in professional families streaming into the area because of the wide variety of home choices, easy access to amenities, and a strong community atmosphere. There is a huge mix of home types in the community including multiple story and single story family homes, colonial, split-level, and ranch styles.
Brier Creek has easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and family venues. The community was also built with tennis courts, swimming pool, a fitness center, business center, and a very large clubhouse situated on a 2,000-acre lot. The neighborhood is ideally situated next to Interstates 40 and 540 and State Route 70 for easy access to Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), shopping, and quality schools.
Wake Public School District is one of the largest school communities in the United States with more than 10,000 teachers. Close to half of the teachers have advanced degrees. They make use of business and community partnerships along with grants to provide students with the best possible education to set children up for college and their future careers. Brier Creek Elementary School, Daniels Middle School, and Panther Creek High School are the local schools for the Brier Creek neighborhood. Nearby Raleigh is home to seven colleges and universities including the University of North Carolina and Duke University.

The Brier Creek Country Club is one of the most popular places in the community for outdoor recreation and sports. Brier Creek Commons is one of the favorite local shopping stops with stores like Dick's Sporting Goods, Pier 1 Imports, Total Wine, Bath & Body Works, Game Stop, and Target. Some of the best places to eat include Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse, Chili's Grill, Fujisan Japanese Steakhouse, Johnny Carino’s County Italian Restaurant, Azitra, Alladin's Eatery, and Jason's Deli.
The North Carolina Museum of Art, Marbles Kids Museum, Go Ape Treetop Adventure Course, the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, Pullen Park, Xtreme Kombat Paintball, and the Brier Creek Cinemas are all fun places designed for family outings. The North Carolina Symphony and the Duke Energy Center also hold several events a month in nearby Raleigh, NC. The PNC Arena hosts the Hurricane and Wolfpack games along with several concerts every month for sports and music lovers.
